Catching Up

Catch me if you can.

Or should I say, catch up to me if you can?

Getting a new job at Burning Kiln Winery, moving into a new house, my computer breaking and the gorgeous summer weather, all combined, has left me neglecting the old blog.  Well, this may end up being the theme of the summer.  In the meantime, here’s sum summa pics, just for you dear readers.

If any of you are still out there….

Remember Me?

Hello Internet Log Glog Blog Followers & Explorers!

Remember me?

No? Well… I cant say that I’m not surprised. My life has taken a twist and left me all over the proverbial map (this would be wonderful it if was instead a realistic global endeavour, but alas, it is not).

Moving forward is essential…

Opportunity follows misfortune…

And all that jazzzzz!

Instead of my previous posting style I am thinking, for now, of taking it down a notch, and leaving much more simple posts for your viewing pleasure. To do this, I am going to use my new bff Instagram, and, if you don’t know what that is than you either don’t have an iPhone or knowledge of the app world or photography. If so that’s good for me because you might think I’m actually a super fly photographer. Well, I’m definitely not the best, but it’ll have to do.

One of the main reasons I love Instagram is because it vintage-a-fies your pics.  And so, now Hannah’s in Vintage can live up a bit more to the name.

For catching up sake, I’ll leave you with a few pics.

PS. If you follow me on Instagram, than this is redundant.

PPS. If you don’t follow me on Instagram, well, you probably should.

Enjoyyyy.

[WARNING: You may soon become very hungry!]

Happy Friday Everyone!

For a lot of you out there (me too!), today probably marks the last day of work before the holidays.

Yeehaww!!

I just wanted to let ya’ll know that my posts are about to take a little turn into a new topic…

TRAVEL!

Perhaps some of you followed my other blog, Hannahs in Europe, whell, From Dec 26-Jan 6(ish), I will be going on a family filled adventure to South Carolina!

Because I will only be gone for such a short amount of time, instead of creating a third blog, which would have been called “Hannahs in South Carolina,” I am just going to post about my experiences here.  Yippeee!

So I hope ya’ll won’t mind if I come back with a Southern accent.  It’s gon’ be fun.

…In the mean time, I hope you all have a FABULOUS holiday weekend.

Enjoy & Indulge & Have A Merry Christmas!

Copy Cat

It seems that the hilarious, mysterious, and all together fabulous novel, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt, has captured my full attention since my last post – and what a story!  I highly recommend it to everyone.  Maybe I will write up a little review after I have let the true stories from Savanna, Georga really sink into my soul before I write how I feel about them.

Blogcrastinating?  Perhaps.

I have also been getting into Pinterest a lot lately.  For those of you who don’t know, it’s basically a forum where you can take pictures from other people’s websites, blogs, or Pinterest boards and “repin” them to your own boards.

Yes, it’s pretty much a site that encourages copy cats.  So what!

Pinners don’t plagiarise – you just copy images into self-made categories and browse through lots of other users boards and track where the original link came from.

I kind of like it:  it’s fun, it’s time consuming, and there are lots of great images for when you feel your own creativity may be lacking; instead, you can organize other people’s creative images into neat little categories of your own.
